of creating Plant and Instrumentation (P&I) diagrams – a complex bespoke product for its customers.

- All P&I Diagrams are now produced in a standard way and are technically correct
- P&I Diagrams are now produced in 1.5 hours instead of 1-1.5 days (representing a dramatic improvement in production lead time)
- Drawing errors reduced by 90%.
